MY METHOD
My method is based on integrative therapy.
This approach combines various therapeutic methods to address the person
holistically. Based on different philosophical and psychotherapeutic
approaches, it aims to offer an open-minded approach to therapy. Hence the name
‘integrative therapy’.
In addition to therapeutic conversation, a variety of creative methods, techniques, and media, such as painting, role play, imagination, working with dreams, fairy tales, movement, writing, collages, photos, body work, puppet play, etc., may be used. The foundation for my work lies in a mindful and appreciative therapeutic relationship.
